Feeling really good today, went for my morning walk (45mins worth) doing the round trip to my daughters preschool and another 45 minute walk this afternoon. The afternoon walk was a mistake, it was deceptively hot once I got up the road a bit. I don’t think I have lost so much fluid in my life. But I must admit I feel better for it after I came home and cooled down. I’m sticking very close to my rough eating plan and actually enjoying it. Don’t get me wrong, I like junk food as much as the next person but I actually like healthy foods just as much. Exercise is more where I was going wrong I think. Mentally I am feeling great too after a few days of depression and what I think may be small panic attacks. Grief’s magic…
PS. If you haven’t noticed, I speak fluent TYPOnese at times.
