Day Three - Weight Loss Blogs

I’ve been checking out a few other weight loss blogs around the net, some I’ve found impressive and a wealth of information. Today’s was alot like yesterday, I got my morning walk in and I am really starting to get a kick out of them. It’s so hard to write about yourself lol I’ll get the hang of it, give me time :) I will give the treadmill 20 minutes later once it cools down a bit.

 Photos coming soon to photo section. I want the before shots because I am going to do this thing right. The more project like this becomes the more I will kick arse at it. I like a plan.
