Day Two - Walking away yesterday

Howdy folks!

I am noticing very noticable new energy levels, even mentally I am alot more motivated in my daily life. I walked my daughter to preschool today and wandered back, all up a 40 minute walk. I’ve also put in 20 mins on the treadmill earlier, so there’s today’s hour and I feel like I might jump on the treadmill again later :) Cigarette cravings are dropping too, I am chewing less nicotine gum. Good stuff! :) I’m focused.
