Exercise Plan
Walking atleast an hour a day. At the moment I am lucky enough to have won a treadmill on EBAY as part of a competition. I have gotten into the habit now of randomly walking 10-20 minutes whenever the fancy takes me (how good is that?! I’ve always wanted one and now I have no excuse). Try to clock up ATLEAST an hour daily.
Also take my daughter to the park once or twice a week.
2 days a week I walk roughly 2.4kms up and back to take my daughter to preschool.
