Food plan


I don’t have a strict diet plan. I am going with limiting/cutting out certain foods and a rough meal outline.

 I am cutting out/limiting sugar and fat mostly. I’m using sweeteners for now in coffee/tea.

Rough meal plan.

Breakfast

1 cup Oats with low fat or skim milk, tablespoon peanut butter, tablespoon honey, microwaved for a few minutes.

or

 2 bits of wholegrain toast (I like seedy bread - Molenburg mostly), low fat cottage cheese (also my alternative to butter/margarine), one sliced tomato.

 Lunch

2 bits of bread (wholegrain gear again, pumpkin seeds is my fave)
Low fat Cottage Cheese
Small can of flavoured tuna or tomato clied up, sometimes cold meat like ham.

or

Cuppa soup (low fat stuff), 2 bits of bread

Dinner

Average portion of meat (be it Steak, Fish or chicken)
Truckload of vegies or salad
No potatoes or starchy vegies for now.

 Snacks
I drink water, coffee or diet softdrinks.
Pick at fruit, nothing major, just little pieces or a handful of grapes.
