Losing weight gradually.

It has been a few days since my last post. Walking has taken a back seat this week for several reasons. I have been very sore the past few days because of my hernia, I did alot of standing on Sunday at a metal festival and wound up feeling massively bruised, is only today I’m not in pain. My daughter was also sick so I didn’t walk her to school this week. I am going to get back into treadmill tonight. I did get a 90 minute walk in yesterday afternoon, I just needed to get out of the house. Feel better for it
I’ve managed to avoid Easter Eggs for the most part. Just with a healthier diet alone I can physically feel I have lost a little weight. I will put in a bigger effort with exercise this week. I can’t wait until April 10th for my next weigh in.

I have started to use the Tahini I bought lightly on toast for breakfast occasionally, great stuff.
