My Mission
1. To lose 80kgs ATLEAST.
2. Weigh in monthly (not weekly). Record results on this site. Aim to lose something every month be it small or large. No time frame, just constant losses. I can’t rush it because I have a fatty liver and apparently it’s dangerous (causes liver scarring) to lose it rapidly. If anyone reading this has a fatty liver or has a good source of information about it regarding weight loss, things that can help with it etc. Please shoot me an email at admin@goodbyefatman.com Doctor’s don’t seem to be able to tell me much.
3. Stay off smokes.
4. Exercise everyday. Walking to begin with, progress to more later.
5. Keep this site up to date as a method of accountability and hopefully support from random strangers just like you ![]()
