Official Weigh In #1 - Weight Loss Blog

Well the results are in…I’m a few days late posting them. My lack of exercise these past few weeks has seen me plateau at 175kgs. Still it’s 5kgs (11 pounds) down since March 10. I think that’s a good effort since I can’t lose weight rapidly, I will aim for 5kgs (11 pounds) monthly from now on. So in around 18 months hopefully I will be my ideal weight. Just as long as I keep going down each month I am happy :)
