Walk this way to weight loss

I haven’t had a go on the treadmill today, will definately get 20 or 30 minutes in later tonight when it cools down. Has been some hot days here this week, good ol’ Sydney.
I did go to the shops and walked around quite alot. 3 floors of commercialised madness, so I would say that counts for about 45 minutes of solid walking, not including time spent flipping through design mags and lining up with the other zombies on the escalator.
I tried out the vegetarian sausages tonight, along with a garden salad and some steamed asparagus (I love the stuff). The sausages were great, whenever I go for a BBQ next time I will be grabbing some along with my other favourite, Baby Octopus
Remember what I forgot to grab now, I was going to give Tahini a whirl. Next time.
I have a confession to make, I started with my healthier diet and walking a few weeks ago, I would guess around February 25th. I cheated a little and weighed in earlier than I had planned out of curiosity, I have dropped 7.6 kgs (16.7 pounds), I’m rather impressed although I won’t get too excited about weigh ins that aren’t done monthly, although I will change the graphic up the top.
